NEWCOMERS: PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS
You will need:
- Yoga Mat
- Full size bath towel
- Water
- Be prepared to sweat.
- The room will be heated up to 105 degrees.
- Drink lots of water before arriving at the class.
- Do no eat for 2 hours prior to class.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to allow your body to get acclimated to the heat.
Parking and Arrival
- Parking available in driveway and street.
- If you park in the street, please do not park on the dead-end portion of Dartmouth Street.
- Doors open 1/2 hour before class begin
- Please ring the bell and enter through the side door.
- Classes begin promptly as scheduled. Doors are locked when class begins.
