Tuesday, September 2, Yoga For All Seasons will be back to the regular schedule. Morning Bikram Yoga classes are scheduled for 9:00 am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. The evening Bikram classes are scheduled for 6:00 pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. A Silent Bikram class is offered on Friday evenings at 5:30 pm. It's time to crank up the heat and get back to our regular practice!
