On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week, the Bikram Yoga classes will be silent practices intended for experienced Bikram Yogis. Soothing background music with minimal oral cues make this a very relaxing yet challenging practice. Maggie Schmonsky will lead the Thursday evening practice; Renee Hallack will lead the practice on Friday evening and Saturday morning.
